1. Enrolment & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place.
Bookings are non-refundable, except in the case of class cancellation by Dance Northside.
Spaces are limited and subject to availability.

2. Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel due to illness, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. We may be able to offer a credit towards a future program (pending availability).
Changes to bookings (e.g. switching days) are subject to space and approval.

3. Arrival & Pick-Up

Parents/guardians must sign their child in and out each day.
Please arrive on time — early arrivals or late pick-ups may not be supervised.
If someone else is collecting your child, please notify us in advance via email to [email protected].

4. What to Bring

Children should wear comfortable clothes they can move in.
Please pack a water bottle, nut-free snacks, and lunch
All belongings must be clearly labelled. Dance Northside is not responsible for lost items.

5. Health & Safety

Children who are unwell should not attend the program.
Please advise us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs at registration.

6. Photography & Video

We may take photos or short videos during the program for use in Dance Northside’s promotional materials.
Please let us know at registration if you do not consent to your child being included.
