Order Finality
All orders are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given. Please ensure the class/es selected above are correct.
Delivery Timeframes
Photos and videos will be delivered within 4 weeks of the concert date. You will be notified by email once they are ready.
Digital Delivery
Photos and videos will be provided as digital downloads via a secure link. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly when ordering.
Personal Use Only
All photos and videos are for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is not permitted without written permission from Dance Northside and the photographer/videographer.
Privacy and Consent
By ordering photos or video footage, you acknowledge that your dancer may appear in group images or performance footage alongside other students.
Image Quality
Professional efforts will be made to ensure high-quality images and footage. However, please note that lighting and movement during live performances can affect the final result.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Unpaid orders will not be processed.
